In 2016, Sasha Amaya will work with GroundSwell’s selection of young Canadian composers, aged 17-23, to better understand the diversity of persons involved in the creation of new music, the impulses and inspirations behind their work, and how their music helps them to reflect on their community and broader world. The Emerging Leaders’ Fellowship is open any young person with a project idea that works with a local registered charitable organization to help build our community.
